How do I disable autoload on my SEPTA Key Card?

Why you should not have autoload enabled on your SEPTA Key Card, and how to fix it.

We regularly check with SEPTA to make sure we can load the Key Advantage pass onto your Key Card at the end of each month. One issue that prevents us from doing so is when autoload for another weekly or monthly product is enabled on your Key Card.

What does it mean?

When autoload for another product is enabled on your Key Card, it means that the product that is currently on your card will automatically be reloaded at the end of its cycle, thus overriding the Key Advantage pass.

In order for us to be able to add the Key Advantage pass to your Key Card each month, autoload must be disabled for any product on your card.

How do I fix it?

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Find the card that you used to enroll and click Autoload Settings

  3. Click the toggle so that Autoload is OFF and click Save

How will I know if I successfully fixed this error?

  • If there is still an issue with your enrollment, you will receive an email from us within 1-2 business days.

  • If you do not hear from us, then you're all set! Look out for an email from us at the end of the month confirming that the pass has been loaded to your card.
