You can reset the PIN for your Jawnt Pass debit card from the Manage Card section of your Jawnt account. Follow the steps below or watch a short video:
To reset your PIN:
Log in to your Jawnt account (Note: Your organization may have its own unique login link. If you're not sure how to log in, ask your HR Admin or reach out to [email protected])
From the menu, go to the Jawnt Pass section of your account
Click the Manage Card button
Choose whether to receive your verification code by text or phone call (we recommend text)
Enter the verification code, then click View account information
Below the card image, click the ...More button, then select Manage PIN
Enter your current PIN
Enter and re-enter your new PIN
Click Proceed
That's it! Your PIN will be updated immediately.
