How do I change my SEPTA Monthly Pass benefit?

If your organization offers multiple SEPTA Monthly Pass options, this article walks you through how to update your chosen pass type.

If you'd like to update which SEPTA Monthly pass you're enrolled in, you can do so directly in your Jawnt account by following the below steps.

  1. In the "Enrolled Benefits" section of your Jawnt account, click Edit for the SEPTA Monthly Pass benefit.


  2. On the next page, scroll down to Details and click on Pass type.

  3. Select which pass option you would like and click Save.

  4. You should now see your chosen pass type updated under the Details section.

    1. Take note of the date that these changes will go into effect

  5. Click Update enrollment on the bottom of the page.

  6. This will bring you back to the My Benefits page, where you can see the status of your changes.
