Indego is Philadelphia’s local bike share system. Their annual Indego365 pass (a $156 value) is a great way to get around the city.
What does the Indego365 pass cover?
The Indego365 pass is good for:
free unlimited 60-minute rides on any classic blue bike
access to electric bikes for an additional 20 cents per minute
access to longer bike rides, priced at 20 cents per minute after the first 60 minutes
Any charges for e-bikes and longer trips will be billed to the card you have on file with Indego.
How do I start using my Indego365 pass?
Jawnt will send you a promo code by email.
Either download the Indego App or visit the Indego website to enroll. Note that you will need the app to start riding, so the directions below pertain to the app.
In the app, on the bottom row of icons, select Account.
If this is your first time using Indego, select “Buy a Pass” from the two available options. If you’ve used Indego before and already have an account, log into it now.
Scroll down to the Indego365 Annual Pass and click the “Sign up” button.
Complete Step 1 by verifying your phone number by entering it and following the app’s instructions.
Step 2 is the purchase screen. You will need to pick a username and password and select their terms if you don’t already have an account. Scroll down past the payment options and click “Add Promo Code.” A new text field will appear. Enter the promo code and select “Apply”. The total amount due will drop to $0. Scroll back up and click “Continue Signup” to continue.
For Step 3, enter your first and last names.
On Step 4, enter your credit or debit card information and click the “Pay Now” button. This is the card that will be charged if you rent an e-bike or take a trip longer than 60 minutes.
Your account is created and you’re ready to begin riding! 🎉 You will receive a confirmation email from Indego. Visit Indego’s website for more about finding a station, joining a group ride, or learning to ride safely.
How do I cancel my Indego pass?
Indego will automatically renew your Indego365 pass after 365 days. If you do not want it to renew:
Log into the Indego App.
In the app, on the bottom row of icons, select Account.
About one third of the way down the page, click the blue link that reads “Cancel Subscription.”
