Steps for updating your Jawnt account with your new Card Reference ID:
Log in to your Jawnt account at app.jawntpass.com.
Find your SEPTA enrolled benefit, click Edit.
Scroll down to the Details section and click Card Reference ID.
Erase the old Card Reference ID and Paste your new Card Reference ID.
You should now see your new Card Reference ID under the Details section.
Please take note of the date that these changes will go into effect.
Click Update enrollment on the bottom of the page.
This will bring you back to the My Benefits page, where you can see the status of your changes. You're done!
How will I know if my new Card Reference ID is accepted?
If there is an issue with your enrollment, you will receive an email from us within 1-2 business days.
If you do not hear from us, then you're all set! Look out for an email from us at the end of the month confirming that the pass has been loaded to your new card.
