If you'd like to update your pass type in the Key Advantage benefit, you can do so directly in your Jawnt account by following the below steps:
In the "My Benefits" section of your Jawnt account, click Edit for the SEPTA Key Advantage benefit.
On the next page, scroll down to Details and click on Pass type.
Select which pass option you would like and click Save.
You should now see your chosen pass type updated under the Details section.
Please take note of the date that these changes will go into effect
Click Update enrollment on the bottom of the page.
This will bring you back to the My Benefits page, where you can see the status of your changes.
