Syncing your HR roster via Direct API Integration

Setting up API integration

If you are an HR Administrator, you can set up the direct API integration with your HRIS platform from the Settings tab of your jawnt account.

From Settings, select Connect to HR system. You will then be prompted to select your HRIS platform and enter administrator credentials. In some cases, you may be required to provide primary admin credentials.

Your HR roster will begin to sync. When syncing is complete, you will be able to see your employee roster in the People tab of your jawnt account.

Supported HRIS Platforms

jawnt works with a third-party service provider, Finch, to integrate with 150+ HRIS platforms. Some HRIS platforms allow for Daily sync, while others allow for 14 Day sync. See the list below to find which sync timeline your HRIS platform supports.

If your HRIS platform is not listed below, you can still sync your HR roster with jawnt by using a flat file (CSV) integration.
