How do I enroll in the SEPTA Key Advantage benefit with Jawnt?

The SEPTA Key Advantage benefit gives riders an all-access pass to all of SEPTA's subway, bus, and Regional Rail services.

To successfully enroll in the benefit through Jawnt, you will need:

  1. A registered SEPTA Key card

  2. The Key card's Card Reference ID

To complete your enrollment application, please follow the below steps:

  1. Look out for an invite email from [email protected].

    1. Click the link in the email to login to your Jawnt account.

  2. Upon logging in, select Enroll under the SEPTA Key Advantage benefit.

  3. Complete the enrollment steps by entering your Card Reference ID exactly as it appears in SEPTA (click here for help locating your Card Reference ID)

  4. That's it! Keep an eye on your email inbox for confirmation when your card is loaded at the end of the month.

You should now see SEPTA Key Advantage under the "Enrolled benefits" section. You will receive an email from Jawnt at the end of each month confirming that your monthly SEPTA Key Advantage pass has been loaded to your Key Card.

If there are any errors with your card, you will be notified by email with instructions on how to resolve these issues.
