To set up auto-pay:
Sign in or create an account at mycharlie.mbta.com
Once you’re logged in:
If you already have a CharlieCard, go to Charlie Cards→ Register Charlie Card to link yours before proceeding to step 2.
If not, proceed to step 2 — a CharlieCard will be mailed to you with your pass preloaded.
2. From the top menu, go to Auto-pay → Add auto-pay subscription
3. Select your transportation mode and pass
4. Add your billing address and Jawnt Pass debit card details
Once set up, your monthly pass will renew automatically.
Important notes
MyCharlie does not currently accept digital wallet payments (like Apple Pay) for auto-pay. You can, however, manually enter a virtual card number
⚠️ Auto-pay passes and Charlie Cards cannot be replaced through MyCharlie - Please do not make this request from your account.
