How do I make changes to my Jawnt Pass enrollment?

How to update your Jawnt Pass monthly contribution amounts, phone number, email, mailing address, and more

Making changes to your benefit enrollment is easy and can be done right from your Jawnt account. Follow the steps below or watch a short video:

1.Log in to your Jawnt account (Note: Your organization may have its own unique login link. If you're not sure how to log in, ask your HR Admin or reach out to [email protected])

2. In the My Passes section of your Jawnt account, find the Jawnt Pass benefit and click the Edit button


3. On the next page, click on the enrollment information you want to change (if making updates to your contributions, scroll down to see your contribution amounts).


4. Enter the new value in the pop-up window, then click Update


​5. At the bottom of the page, click Update enrollment

That's it! Your changes will go into effect the following benefit month.


You can log in and update your Jawnt Pass benefit at any time. To ensure your changes take effect for the following month, please make sure they are submitted before your employer's monthly deadline.
