Jawnt's platform makes it easy to keep your employee roster up to date with a simple CSV upload function. Whether you have a new employee starting, someone leaving, or just need to change an email address, the CSV upload function has you covered.

How to Update your Roster Using the CSV Upload:

  1. Log into Jawnt

  2. Navigate to the People tab (located on the left side of the screen)

  3. Select Import by CSV

  4. Select Chose File and upload your CSV file from your computer.

  5. If you would like to see a sample CSV file, click Download sample CSV

How Often Should I Upload a CSV?

This depends on your organization's size. For organizations with new employees joining and leaving regularly, we recommend uploading a new file weekly. If your organization is small and there are rarely any changes to your roster, you can upload as needed.

Why Use a CSV Upload?

While you can use the Add Member button to enter members individually, we strongly recommend using CSV uploads instead. This method ensures that your records stay consistent and are fully reflected in both future exports and system updates.
